Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy is only valid up to 30 days after receiving your purchase.
Due to the nature of what we are selling (used/antique items, art and paint products) we only offer FREE returns and/or exchanges on items that were damaged during transit due to improper packing or on items that were inaccurately described on our website.
We will accept paint product exchanges if you have ordered said product by mistake or have changed your mind about the color and/or product after receiving your order and would like to exchange it for the same or similar item or apply the credit for the returned item towards purchasing another product in our store. HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING THE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED PRODUCT BACK TO US (see return address listed under the “shipping” sub-heading below) AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANOTHER FLAT RATE FEE WHEN WE SHIP OUT YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT. The paint product will only be approved for exchange if it has been UNOPENED and the seal remains intact. After inspecting the returned item and if your exchange is approved, we will either ship out the same or similar item within 2 business days or we will issue a credit to your account and you may use that credit towards any purchase on our website. This policy is only valid up to 30 days after receiving your purchased paint product.
If you feel you are eligible for a return or exchange and would like to initiate the process, please contact us at info@resurrectedrelicstn.com so we can make sure you understand the terms of the return and/or exchange before sending your item back to us. We will also need discuss how you would like us to proceed after receiving your returned item (within the confines of this policy). To complete ANY return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may send this information and any other pictures or proof you may have to the aforementioned email address as well.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days time.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@resurrectedrelictn.com.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as described on our website. We will accept paint product exchanges if you have ordered said product by mistake or have changed your mind about the color and/or product after receiving your order and would like to exchange it for the same or similar item or apply the credit for the returned item towards purchasing another product in our store. SHIPPING
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to:

If your refund is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and include that in your refund. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will send the same or similar item out in the mail within 2 days of receiving your returned item and we will take on the cost of shipping your item if the exchange is due to an error on our end, otherwise you will be expected to pay our flat rate shipping fee before we ship out your exchanged paint product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to reach you may vary.
