Fusion Color Transition is a neutral light gray that is perfect for transitioning from darker colors to lighter colors. Made from an acrylic base and tinted with recycled pigments, Transition is best used as an in-between layer (see photo) when multiple layers will be needed to achieve full coverage. Perfect for using with Fusion's lighter colors which typically have less pigment than the darker colors and therefore sometimes need more coats to achieve full coverage. This - easy on the wallet - option is back by popular demand.
PLEASE NOTE: Transition is NOT a primer, and it does not have any stain blocking properties, nor does it actively block tannin bleeding. It is simply an economical way to ease the transition from dark to light and vise versa. Be sure to use a Zinsser BIN shellac-based primer for bleed through concerns.
